Wire EDM Controller Cabinet Specification
1. Fast PCI interface,Adopts P4 special industrial computer and 17 inches LCD monitor.
2. Non-resistance driving power supply make X,Y,U,V step motor or servo motor run quickly and stably without noise.
3. Chikai company’s original Cool-cut system for wire cutting machine includes Cool-cad graphic programming system and cool-cut control system.which is conveniently used by operator.
4. Cool-cut system can read the graphics that suffix is .Dxf form AutoCAD completely,then support graphics , the 3B codes and G codes of Autocut,HF and HL system etc.
5. Switching on-off movement of molydenum wire,pump,pulse power are finished by cool-cut,It has the functions for stop after finishing work,short circuit back,memory after power failure,electric leakage protection,wire-broken protection etc.
6. It has the closed-loop function for X,Y axis.and can enable the screw(X,Y axis) pitch compensation according the feedback data from the Digital display.
7. The controller cabinet is equipped with Non-resistance and non-electrolytic pulse power supply.Processing speed ,molybdenum wire loss and roughness of work-piece all have been better than the traditional pulse power supply.
8. No resistance and modular design,the power consumption and heat dissipation are very low,So the failure rate of controller is low.
