This wire cut edm continuously processes 30 circles with diameter of 10 mm,The accuracy of these circles are less than 0.008 mm,which surface finished roughness is 1.0 um.It’s maximum working-speed is 300 mm²/min.

The integrated one-piece wire edm machine’s maximum power consumption is 1.2 KW,A roll of molybdenum wire which is 2000 meters could be used for ninety days, And the machine has closed waterproof cover design.The wire edm machine working-solution will not spatter out and reach the non-toxic level.

The intelligent control software——Cool-cut system for the wire edm machine is very perfect and friendly.It can rapidly read the graphics files from Auto cad and HL,HF,YH original control software by USB and LAN ,that general operators only need one day to master this Cool-cut control system.
