This wire cut edm continuously processes 30 circles with diameter of 10mm,The accuracy of these circles are less than 0.008mm,which surface finished roughness is 1.0um.It’s maximum working-speed is 300mm²/min.

The integrated one-piece wire edm machine’s maximum power consumption is 1.2KW,A roll of molybdenum wire which is 2000 meters could be used for ninety days, And the machine has closed waterproof cover design.The wire edm machine working-solution will not spatter out and reach the non-toxic level.
