Two testing methods to accuracy for wire cutting machine.I. Cr12 quenched steel,60mm thickness,is processed 15 circle shape pieces diameter 15mm continuously,and we use the micrometer to measure the precision of the pieces;II. Processing nine located holes along the 300 to 400mm square tracking on the metal material.Three times processing to every hole.After doing that,the accuracy of each hole and position accuracy of holes are measured with a CMM.According the standard of wire cut edm machine GB2008,each hole’s accuracy is less than 0.01mm,and the max.position accuracy of hole is less than 0.023mm.
